Rachel always teaches with technique and precision in mind. As a personal trainer with over 8 years of experience in strength and conditioning, Pilates, and barre at some of Singapore’s top studios, she knows how to keep things simple and effective. Her clients are challenged and pushed to their limits but finish each workout feeling stronger and more in tune with their bodies. Expect a mix of sarcasm and laughs alongside hard work with Rachel—she’ll get you to that next level of performance.
